It was taken at Lai King , Hong Kong. Unluckily the weather was a little bit foggy and the lights far away ( those buildings on Hong Kong Island) couldn't be seen clearly~
The curve of the road was really fantastic!

Fog makes depth more apparent. It's probably what makes the image great.
